About Darren DuBose, Sr

Dr. DuBose is the founder and CEO of Transformational Change Services. A native of Buffalo, New York, Dr. DuBose established himself in the human services field decades ago when he worked for the Erie County Child Protective Services agency in Buffalo. He later moved on to supervising Foster Care Programs and Juvenile Group Homes. He has developed behavioral programs, treatment plans, and operation manuals that still meet the current “gold standard” of care. Dr. DuBose has over 30 years of experience in teaching and training, program coordination, counseling, and operations development in the mental health field.

 After completing undergraduate studies in English at the State University of New York at Buffalo, he obtained his Master of Professional Human Services Counseling and Addiction from Liberty University and his Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University as well. He has performed successful research regarding the mental decomposition in Black males in association with experiences of police violence. He writes a motivational blog on his website darrendubosesr.com.  His passion is to find new ways to improve others to better prepare themselves for the evolutionary society. He lives by the words “If you think you can’t, you won’t, and whatever you verbalize will materialize.”
